Open Animations 3PP 1.13.1 for OStim Standalone

This small, but meaningful update does not add new animations, it updates OA3PP to use OStim Community Resource as a dependency in order to facilitate better compatibility between different sound sets for OStim Standalone.
Not only have I released NetFX recently, I've been in touch with my friend apexmabel and I helped him update OStim Standalone NEET Sound for OStim SA version 7.1. However, this version only includes the Asian-style moans. Incidentally, it is compatible with Naughty Voices, as it will apply to NPCs not voiced by it.
You may know that there are other sound sets that used NEET Sound as a dependency (by Tytaen, ZeetBR, Coldturkey), so hopefully soon you'll be able to use them without issues with the new OStim updates as well.
