Not exactly my wording, but sure. I’m multiclassing Battlesmith Artificer/Creation Bard, with the Soldier background. I used to fight for an evil general, but after we lost the war I left the army to become an adventurer.

Ooh, I’m also a soldier who deserted an evil army. Could be the same army!
Trish
Great idea!

I’m a Champion Fighter, though. Oh, and my character doesn’t actually know they’re a soldier; they’ve lost their memories.

I love backstories working together. Nat?

Actually, I’m also a bard, like Trish. Valour, though, with the Noble background. And I’ve flavoured her Bardic Inspiration as rapping.
