Why is it normal to these people to go out and public and blare music on their phones?! This happened to me not long ago where I was in a restaurant and this guy was standing there blasting rap music that was super vulgar and people were in line with children..no one said anything cause he was standing there mean mugging everyone ..I guess it's a trap to see if anyone actually stands up to this so he could call them racist when they asked for him to turn it off or to be told this isn't appropriate...its like they crave being able to attack people who stand up to this behavior
