Major Changes Soon to Occur

Hi everybody, I've decided to make a decision to switch up my Patreon page almost entirely. The surprising thing is, it's in favor of the members more than me. Or not, depending how you view it.

What's Happening Right Now?

Let me make this clear before I even begin to explain what's about to happen. I'm not giving up and shutting down my page. I'm just changing up my style of content rather than the content itself.

I haven't told this to anyone except my family so far, but I'm burnt out on the content I make for Patreon. Not that I hate my members, I just personally don't like the content I'm making anymore. It's time consuming at times and I want to do other things with my life. Remember how I said I wanted to write a book? I couldn't do that with the schedule I set up for myself.

It looked like this:

Day 1: Break day (It's your day, do what you want)

Day 2: Brainstorm day (Get an idea in your head for what you're doing tomorrow. This can take up to 5 mins or 6 hours. No exaggeration)

Day 3: Work day (Open the studio and take some pics)

Day 4: Edit/Post day (Crop, brand and post. Make sure to add a folder with that for exclusives)

Repeat cycle.

I hope no one think I'm blaming my members for that schedule. Again, I set that on myself. Plus if I turned my break day into a day to write my book, then it's just all work and no play.

I'm sure some of my patrons may have felt a bit cheated at the content provided too. No matter what clothes I dress them up in, no matter the scenario, it's still DDLC and Nekopara pictures. Now, if that's my fanbase, then so be it. I like those series' too. But I'm sure everybody could agree that diversifying is necessary in posting the pics I did. Switch up a franchise here and there maybe. Make an OC, even.

I was getting sick of it, and maybe even some of my patrons were.

So... What now?

Good question! I'm turning my Patreon page into an actual Patreon page rather than it being my job. I shouldn't be getting paid big bucks for it. If I do? Great! But I don't expect it nor demand it.

My content before was a bunch of erotic pictures. I'll be turning those pics into comics from now on!

Okay, well, not directly, but my point is, I'll be making comics 99% of the time and I'll be making them public eventually too! I'll still post a pic here and there as "butt and booba good and hot," but that won't be my main form of content anymore as previously stated.

With this comes a few QoL updates for my page!

• If you still want to support me financially, all you have to do is subscribe to the Bronze Tier. Gold Tier isn't required to get everything anymore!

• Don't want to support me financially or can't? That's fine too! The comic will be uploaded to Reddit and possibly Twitter after two days on my Patreon page.

• No more folders for exclusives! This was a way to stop potential pirates, but who would pirate something that would just be out in two days? (I'll start making folders again if this does happen though, sorry.)

• The Silver Tier is going down by -$1 USD

• (This one is a bit personally for me, but it kinda ties to you as well) No more due dates. For anything (except paid commissions as those come first, but if I post too many, it's back to at least two comics). That way, I can actually care about my work rather than feeling like I have to rush to post it. I've felt like that sometimes with my previous works.

This is cool and all, but what's the catch?

As it's said, "no good deed goes unpunished." That applies to this new page update too.

I want to be as upfront with all of you as possible to not make it seem like I'm trying to steal your wallets.

• Paid commissions (If any are requested) and random pics won't be uploaded publicly and WILL be behind a paywall, even if it's the lowest tier and up. [This is why folders MIGHT come back...]

• The Bronze Tier is going up by +$1 USD

• All past content will be behind a big paywall. I don't do this because I think all my previous work is THAT valuable. I do this because I don't want my past work to be in the same line as my current work. (A few Patrons will get this for free though. You know who you are if I DM'ed you about it.)

• Uploads may be inconsistent as I've no more due dates. Some posts may come up like, "Sweet, new post," if it's early or on time. Others may be like, "Where tf have you been," if it feels overdue.

Conclusion

These changes will be slow. Maybe very slow, but, I'll get them done as best as I can and as quick as I can too. In the end, I'm happy to get a humongous weight off my shoulders and I can finally be creative with my work. Thank you all for your support. Hope to see all of you soon.
