Tier Overhaul + Simplification

Hey everyone,

As many of you know, every year around this time we go through Patreon to see what works, what doesn't work, and how we can maybe make the experience better. This is that time of the year, so we're jumping in to change some tiers around to give you the best possible experience.

The tier structure going forward will be as followed:

Tier 1 ($3) - Tip Jar: Unchanged, this tier will be for people who want to join the Discord, who just want to support!

Tier 2 ($5) - SFW: With me attending more conventions and gaining more followers that aren't interested in NSFW art it's time to create a space where they can also interact and engage in the same way as NSFW fans can.

This tier will feature regular polls for SFW characters, where the rules can be way less strict. Here I will also accept men, furries, creatures, and younger characters (like Anya from Spy x Family, please someone suggest her thx), which are always characters I exclude from NSFW polls for obvious reasons!

I will also do my best to post more WIPS and teasers here going forward!

Tier 3 ($10) - NSFW: This will stay unchanged, but I'll move all NSFW rewards here. Honestly, most people are in this tier already. I'll do my very, very best to ramp up the rewards for this tier a bit, and I also plan to go a bit more ham and spicy with this. I hope to get your input in what you want to see more!

I'll also start posting rewards again just on the Patreon page. The change we made sending out the rewards at the end of the month has created a lot of problems, especially since Patreon changed it's messaging system just a short time after we made that step. But it's a hassle, it's not fun, it annoys us, so we'll go back to how things were before: Once I draw a piece it will be uploaded on the dashboard!

The Catch-Up Tier ($15) and Merchandise Tier ($25) will be removed completely.

The Catch-Up Tier won't be worth it going forward, if we decide to just post rewards on the Dash anyway.

As for the merch tier, sadly it's financially just not viable to keep this tier alive in it's current form. Shipping and packaging material are getting more expensive. Also, we can't justify to use tracked shipping on orders with this tier pricing, but we've had plenty of cases where packages got lost and we had to replace them.

We're going to explore if there are options to do a new merch tier down the line, but for now we're going to just close it, until there is a good solution or we have a super big brain idea for it.

There are some people who subbed in the merch tier for an entire year, we're gonna find out what we can do for you guys, so no worries here!

Obviously we hope you understand these changes, and please believe us when we say they are for the better, as it will simplify a lot of things and allow us to grow more as a community. We hope for your continued support and your input as always, and I promise you we have really cool plans for the future (soon opening our online shop!) and I have a lot of cool artworks & characters planned!
