THwN 5.8 - Cleaflow Town

I'm hoping with some of these new areas to bring a bit of the game's original formula (With various kinds of scenes going on in Eden Town) rather than the more arc-based approach I've been going with them, and the fun cavets (and purity point bonuses and other reaped rewards) with them.
