The West Doesn't Get It

It's when they alter or censor these Japanese that I get frustrated. A recent example is Tokyo Mirage Session: FE Encore. I WAS looking forward to it. But then I found out it has the same form of censorship the original western release has. Actually it goes beyond censorship. It has a section of the game that COMPLETELY altered from the Japanese version. They removed any character models that showed that slightest bit of skin and replaced them with fully clothed ones...This includes clothes that were already modest to begin with, like a wedding dress. The worst part was how they remove all swimsuits. This is AMERICA, we made GTA, Saints Row, Farcry, Assassin's Creed, Dishonored, and more. We have teens who regularly play M rated games and are used to seeing more than just some plain swimsuit. And games like TMS: FEE appeal mainly to JRPG gamers who like that stuff. Because of this, I'm tore on weather or not to play this one.
