That makes sense. Shirou has a direct feed of Rin’s mana after all. It’s just that Shirou wouldn’t vanish if he never got any.
2019-12-22 20:23:35 +0000 UTCIf I remember right, in the UBW route of the visual novel, it was explained that the "connection" was like a magus establishing a contract with a Servant, and sharing mana like a Master/Servant contract. In the Sunny Day ending, Rin says Shirou is "hers" like Saber is in this manner.
