For those who wonder how a certain fairy type can have mismatching eye color, it's a genetic thing, a trait that can be inherited from their parents or grandparents. Some fairies can also have heterochromia and don't even need to be dual fairies. It can also translate to some hair color variation or even wing or cheek patterns mismatch, but usually it's in the eyes. The magic cave doesn't fix those "errors" because they are not dangerous, health wise, and do not affect a fairy's powers.
