Project 4 - Kira Nationality

WE HERE WITH THE DOUBLE POST! :^)
So for this one, we have worked through the backstory of Kira and are in a position where her nationality does not have to be full Japan. We thought it would be kinda cool to make her half German! What are your thoughts? This would mainly impact her origin but nothing too fundamental in present day!
