The villian had the ability to swap quirks with his opponents and to do it quickly. During the battle the girls end up locked in physical combat with him but when he suddenly swaps quirks with Mt. Lady and attempts to grow his way to freedom he strikes a powerline and electrocutes all three of them. He dies but both ladies survive only to discover they have now swapped quirks and kept their original quirk too boot as well as a physical change... Of course they must be studied.😋*
