vtta-dndbeyond v3.3.0 significantly changes the character import

Update:  The changes listed below are now live and were improved already. So far, so good!

Spells that are always prepared by a character class are not part of the base character data provided by D&D Beyond any longer, but are accessible by another API endpoint. To import a character in total, you would need to access the base data plus the always prepared spells endpoint for each subclass of your character, copy/pasting all the data manually. This is ugly and cumbersome, so we are pushing our luck with this new update.

Updating or importing a character is as simple as posting one character URL (of the character sheet e.g.) into the import dialog window to detect the character ID. A click on the "Start Import" button then retrieves all data for you and imports the character as usual - nothing has changed after that part.

Since every requests needs to go through my proxy, thus resulting all requests coming from the same IP address (from the proxy) to D&D Beyond, we will see how their servers will reply to the large amount of requests (3000+/day): We are no bot, for sure, but it sure looks like one if you just look at the request behavior.

We will see how it turns out.

Note: This feature hasn't received much testing yet, so it might be a bit bumpy. Report all bugs to the #dndbeyond-v3-feedback channel - thanks!
