Patreon Charge Up Front Enabled

I have now enabled Charge Up Front. I assume this takes effect immediately, so anyone who's pledged since the start of the month should be charged immediately.
Because this is a big change, I'd like to give it a day or two before I provide the rewards for the new patrons. Tomorrow I'll post a $5-only post to test who can see it. If everything works as intended, every $5+ patron will be able to, because they will all have had a processed pledge.
