If you don't have this mail, it's possible that you haven't yet had a processed pledge either because it processed before you pledged or the payment was declined.
You should only need to put the password in once in order to view all applicable episodes, but this varies depending on caching, cookies and the like.
All the episodes can be found in the PokéSins section of my website which is linked above for your convenience. Apologies about the image it's chosen (it appears to be a bit random what it selects).
Let me know if you encounter any issues viewing these episodes.

Well, I switched my pledging method from my debit card to my credit card, added some funds in it via my bank page and then it worked. Strangely, I did so last month too but it didn't work then :P well it works now so that's good :D
