In my mind, a "welcome" pack seems like something you get once when you join something - you're new here, welcome, welcome, here's a gift. Presumably you are a newcomer only once. Then you have monthly awards which by its naming assume happens once a month. I have no complaints at all - I just want some clarification. Are the monthly awards also called "welcome packs" in this space?
