Hi Everyone,
In this lesson I get into a little bit of bass technique and how it can help you think about guitar a little differently. Then I get into a little bit about walking bass lines. I don't want to spend too much time on bass because this Patreon is for guitar so I kept it brief, but the concepts for walking bass lines are very similar to melody making, like in these melody making lessons: 1 2 3.
I developed a handful of little bass walks and talked about the concepts. Hopefully you'll find it helpful or at least interesting and something cool to think about! As usual, please post your practice questions or anything else related to this video on the community forum.

Another great video Scott, thanks! a request for future bass related videos (if you plan on making more): would be interesting to get some ideas on how to come up with different rhythms and if there're any common patterns, like I've read elsewhere that one of the common "patterns" the base would follow the drums as in playing notes only where snare and bass drum are playing or something like that. Thanks again!
