SURPRISE! The longest video we've ever done is up. Give it a watch back and enjoy a deep, deep dive into the seedy underbelly of free returns. We shot part of this all the way back in July when we were out visiting our pal Danny Gonzalez, and it's finally done and dusted.

I know others have said the opposite, but my feedback is based on getting my wife to sit down and watch it and give me her feedback. She’s not as into these issues as I am, so possibly a more neutral perspective. 2) very surprised you didn’t at least mention carbon tax. Rather than the honor code, I think it’s needed to curtail these mountains of unnecessary stuff.
