When I downloaded the awesome "Clay Cyanide" piece a moment ago, the zip file doesn't contain a pre-supported version of the main figure. Did they decline to provide it, or is it an oversight? I love the file, but hate my support-skills.

From the team: Most printers have a non variable UV power set by the factory. For the uniz ibee, a power level of 300 is recommended fir most resins. For an anycubic mono X, 80% UV strength is recommended for most opaque resins, 50% for transparent resins, and for highly pigmented resins, such as epax hard and our own vulcan, you can safely use 100%. Mono X printers, even at 80% tend to need less exposure times than similar printers by about 0.5 sec. I don't know if anybody mentioned this, but the Robot Legions Game aid pack doesn't have the objective markers in supported STL or Lychee files. I downloaded it again today to check to see if you had "fully supported" them, and the 6 objective markers are missing from the supported subdirectories. The dice are there, but the objective markers are not.

I'm sorry, but we have an agreement with the original creators that the models are taken down at the end of the month, and because these are not our models, we can't share them via MMF either. Since our Patreon is GMT based, that means you had to get them before October 31st at 23:59 GMT (UK Time) / 15:59 PST (California Time), as per the deadline that is posted at the end of each month. The files were not taken down prematurely, nor were you robbed of anything, you simply missed the deadline.

ok ive been a patreon for 3 or 4 months... havent been able to get any of the promos. initially i thought we could redeem them at any time and missed out on months of stuff my wife and daughter wanted bad. cant afford to go get those files so theyre lost. for October i worked nearly 15to 17 hours a day and hardly had time to even see what was going on online. i saw the promos dropped and FINALLY got a day off for halloween but thr files were prematurely taken down. can someone fix that issue please. honeslty wasnt fair or fair rebuttle to the issue given yesterday was STILL october but the files were not available. none of the promos. today is November not yesterday so given the fact those were removed too soon can someone please please please see about recovery those promo files for those of us who were technically robbed of them??? please help rsther then give an oh well sorry man...

theres still an hour left of the month but i dont foresee getting any help. not to be a downer but i learned last month that theres a time limit for the "month of" to collect promos. I lost out on every sinlge promo before learning that and now cant get these either. I saw them in notifications and couldnt wait to get them but never had time until today but it was already gone... honestly upset about it.

Was unaware the cross-promotional minis were time sensitive and now I've missed out on somethings I was hoping to have... Feeling like there should probably be a mention of it in the title ("Available until Aug. 31st") or something.

Strange, I can see that the code was already used by many people, so it definitely works. I would recommend contacting MMF support directly to resolve the issue. :)

The 70% discount code is a special for August, but since we reached our next stretch goal it will be available in September too. As long as we keep hitting stretch goals, the code is 70%, but eventually it will go back to being 50%.

Is anyone else having trouble downloading the sculters cavern files? I'm getting less than 1kb/s and it's not a problem with my home connection. Itt's failed twice so far and even if it doesn'tfial on this attempt it will take 7.5 hours to download a 27MB ZIP folder. something's not right...

I am not sure what the confusion is, but essentially it's very simple: you don't need to do anything. You will get an e-mail to redeem your models within 48hrs of joining, and they are permanently yours. No need to worry about download links and whatnot. :)
