Gyarados Uses Hyper Beam!!
Added 2019-02-02 01:26:08 +0000 UTCA short scene from the upcoming Gardevoir episode! This scene is only a few seconds long but it took me a whole day to make, mostly just figuring out how the hyper beam should look and creating that. I like to strike a balance between "realistic" and cartoon / stylized with my effects so it matches my art style. It's a bit difficult since most plugins are meant for creating realistic effects, so I have to find ways to purposefully stylize them. I'm pretty happy with the results here!
