Hits little differently now because the health of those dear to me has slightly improved. Il appreciate any support guys, and praying soon things once again can be normal.

2024-11-09 23:42:52 +0000 UTCI want to take a minute to thank everyone for contributing in any way to the gofundme,I'm really thankfull that the community is showing up for Khan at such a rate. Since we are close to the goal I want to answer some questions I have seen in various places about the project. Everything will be under a signed contract with clear demands and agreements from Khan,payment will be done in installments and the final part will only be paid after its done and Khan is happy with the results. It will be sturdy ,made from bricks and blocks and soundproof with all the electrical work set up. Estimated time for it to be finished is 3 weeks and Khan will give the start sign when the gofundme is around 13.5k. Once again I really appreciate everyone and don't stress it if you can't contribute directly,sharing it around helps a lot to. Hopefully before the end of this year we will get the bald guy back where he belongs.

The plan is to pay bit by bit and only give the rest when he is pleased with the final results. I know there were also questions about the ammount of people he asked so I'll answer that here to. He asked a few people,but 15 was the best offer he got(also from someone he has seen work of before) but just to be sure he will still ask around incase he can get something better.

You should NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER pay the full amount until the project is complete. Usually, there are initial payments throughout the project that are paid out after its been completed. There's always the first initial down payment for contractors to start the work which is usually 20% for big projects and 30-40% for small projects. If a contractor is asking you to pay more than 50% from the start, i would say that's fishy (i'm just speaking from experience). Make sure you GET A MATERIAL LIST from them (often within the quote), and a well established contract with the price stated and any penalties that the contractor has to pay if they are late. The contract HAS to have a start and finish date.

With builders try to make sure you get some sort of written contract/agreement on the timeline it will take to complete the project and include anything else that's important. My porch/front door was verbally agreed with my builders to be a 2 month job and it ended up taking them nearly one year. Long story short make sure you make them sign a contract, it protects you and your money if there are any disputes and you have what you've agreed to (expectations for the shed and what it'll include) in writing in case they try switch up on you half way through or don't do a good job

Might be obvious but you'll likely have issues connecting to the wifi in your house if your out in your shed just in case you haven't thought of that. Also mods why don't you guys upload Khans reactions to youtube by including the anime footage but cutting it like the other reactors do? I'm sure Khan would get a a huge increase in patreons that way
