Their breasts are invariably stubborn, willful creatures that always find a way to peak out into the sun. It's so constant that the other characters in the story never seem to be surprised by it or comment on the fact. It's more like, "Hmm, it seems Mlle. D'Artagnan *still* cannot find a garment to contain her breasts. Ah, well..."
