⚓ Ahoy, my sailors!! It's been an eternity!! ⚓

I would like to update you on what has been quite a rollercoaster of a month for yer cap'n, and I will start with a TL.DR version, because your time matters to me ❤️❤️❤️:

1. Jester artwork is now being rigged and getting ready for animation. The animation won't be finished in October. Although it will be delayed, it shall be delivered to the sailors subscribed in October regardless! (I will explain further toward the end of the post).

2. I am working and testing a new artist to help with the animation production.

3. Given the current predicament, we have two options to vote for:

   a. Making Jester Animation longer and bigger 💜💙🩵

   b. Finish the current Jester animation and jump to other animations instead ❤️🩷💛

💊🤒Now, let's talk a bit about what happened 🤒💊

As it turns out, the medication I was taking until recently was helping me greatly with the depression and many other fragments of myself. Unfortunately, it was disastrous for my motivation and focus while working.

Let me explain:
One of the main things that differentiates a beginner artist from a senior artist is that the latter is very specific and efficient about what to do in order to be quick and save time, while the beginner tends to get lost in detail and rendering. This and the previous month, I resonated more with a beginner than a senior/seasoned artist.

Luckily enough, I started taking steps towards it, improving my environment and changing the medication, which is already showing signs of improvement. So I remain positive, although I feel terribly sorry about this.

On the other hand, most of the other aspects of my life and my sanity are finally coming together, and I am finding a lot of peace. It is a very new place for me, but it feels very nice! So now it is only a matter of balancing the focus and willpower. We will get there!

This is why I want to ask for your opinion on what we should do next: should we work on a longer-form Jester animation? Or just keep it the same as previous ones, and bring a new lady aboard for the next piece/s?

This is why I am currently testing a new artist, who, if she is a good match, promises to help with this huge void of time and energy. If so, I will be able to get back to painting and finish more artworks! I can't wait for it!
