What's New:
Main Debugging Progress
Our main debugging team has continued tackling soft lock bugs. These are high-priority fixes, and progress has been steady as we work toward a smooth Prologue experience.
New "Immersion" Settings Category
We’ve added a new "Immersion" category in the settings menu! This gives you more control over HUD icons, crosshair thickness and opacity, subtitles, hints, and interactable outlines.
Final Streaming Setup
We’ve started arranging and configuring the final streaming setup for the Prologue build. This will help improve performance and ensure seamless transitions between the Prologue and the full release.
Narration Scene Revisions
Based on feedback from recent playthroughs, we revised and rewrote five narration scenes for clarity and pacing.
Bug Fixes
We squashed around 47 bugs this week—another big step forward for the Prologue build.
Coming Up Next:
More Debugging & Optimization: We’ll continue tackling remaining soft lock issues and begin deeper optimization work.
Asset Completion: We’re wrapping up the final 3D and 2D assets still blocked out in the Prologue.
Ending Animations: Finalizing Smile and [REDACTED] animations for the ending scenes.
Playtesting Prep: Once polished, we’ll hand the Prologue build off to playtesters for feedback on playtime, performance benchmarks, and final tweaks. (still in progress, we’ll let you know when it’s time)
