Must be St. Patricks day, because we sure are feeling lucky!

Started Main Debugging: Finally handed over our first Prologue build to our main debugging team!

Continued Level Streaming & General Optimization: Continued implementing optimized streaming for faster load times and smoother transitions across all levels and areas in the Prologue mainly focusing on transitions between full Lumen and Baked lighting. Also continued making various general optimization tweaks.

Added in Lore Snippets: Added in a few various lore hints/snippets in the form of notes, drawings, sound cues, and altered textures into the Prologue build.

Bug fixes: Squashed 39 (WOO AGAIN) various bugs in the Prologue build.

Upcoming Focus:

Continue Main Debugging (For Prologue): Continue debugging with our main debugging team polishing up and smoothing out as much as possible.

Finish Remaining 3D & 2D assets: Finis the remaining few assets currently blocked out in the Prologue build.

Pass on Polished Build to Playtesters: Pass off the polished Prologue build to a new team of playtesters to get rough estimates of playtimes, benchmarks, and last minute changes. (More info in Dev Note!)

Dev Note:
Hi everyone! Yet again, this week has been entirely focused on debugging and optimizations for the Prologue build. It’s definitely been quite tedious, but is getting more and more exciting as we get closer to having the Prologue ready for release!

Important:
Now that we are getting close to needing to get some estimates for playtime, benchmarks, and final changes, I wanted to come on here and pre-invite everyone to submit their specs in our discord to become part of the new Playtesting team we’ll be handing off the full Prologue build to in a few weeks! We should have the application pop up in our discord server applications sometime within the next week (which I’ll come on here and discord to announce when it does), and then will be going over everyone and picking out roughly 20 people with a wide range of specs to jump into the Playtesting team! I’m super excited to get a preview of what you all think of the Prologue!
