Update #11 (Corruption Rebuild and Level 80 Additions)

After last week's rough corruption issues we're finally back to Alpha 3 preparation!

Official estimate at the moment for Alpha 3 is about a week and a half! The poll for the second level to be in Alpha 3 is also coming tomorrow! As the Dev, this alpha is my favorite and the one I'm most intrigued to hear everyones feedback on:)

The intro puzzle for Level 80 has been a big focus for the past 2 weeks now because of an unfortunate corruption. But now that we have fully rebuilt and have started working on getting Alpha 3 ready again, I (the Dev) would love to explain how the intro puzzle works! I'll try my best to explain here without giving away any clues or answers to the puzzle but with fair warning there might be some people will be able to price together here. 

To start, in the main entrance to Level 80 you are at the end of a hallway. You walk forwards to find a left turn which leads you in a circle back to the turn.. except this time the wall is gone and if you look to the right from the turn you see the same hallway you started in, except the hallway dead end wall is gone. This was a favorite of mine to work on because of the recursive nature of it. Now let's dive into the mechanics! When you first take the left turn and make your way down and around the loop, once you get to the second to last right turn you will trigger a switch in the form of a box trigger that will swap the right wall from the left turn you took into a hallway connecting loop along with spawning a new replica of the whole hallway loop to the left of the final turn. Once you approach the final turn you will trigger another box trigger. This will then set off a timed check every "0.1" seconds checking whether you are within where a wall would be (let's call them phantom walls) and whether each of the phantom walls are within the screen. Once a phantom wall is both not in collision with you and not within the screenspace it will swap back to the original wall. This creates a loop where it seems impossible to escape no matter which option you chose at the final turn of the loop. And that could be true...
