I think it's interesting Dean being such a monster, but you can still see that glimmer of Dean in there somewhere. He shows restraint, which isn't exactly typical of Demons. I just really enjoy this season, I can't wait for you to dive in. Weirdly, I don't have much to say about this episode, but it sets everything up nicely I think 😁 Great reaction as always! 2023-11-18 21:50:05 +0000 UTCNot a fantastic opening, but demon Dean is still an interesting idea. This episode isn’t a skip for me, at least. More than I can say for Bloodlines. Strangely, I don’t think I have much to say on this one. The title card is sick, and Dean and Crowley’s “jerk” “bitch” was a nice rib to the fans, them doing it instead of the brothers. I am confused though, do I have white woman blindness? I thought the woman Dean slept with in the beginning of the episode was the same blonde woman throughout, but she called Crowley by name in the beginning and they acted like they knew each other. I assumed she was a demon. But is she a demon that’s worked at this bar for a long time for some reason? Or is she human and Crowley and Dean have been there so long that she knows Crowley too, and doesn’t think it’s weird that he walked into their room after they fucked? I don’t know, kind of confused me. Lots of reused actors here; Cole’s son was Tyler from 7x14, the episode with the Chuck E Cheese clone (he was also Pinocchio in Once Upon A Time), Anne Marie (the blonde woman) was a makeup girl in 6x15 The French Mistake, and Daniel (the fishing angel) was the pizza delivery guy in 4x5 Monster Movie with Dracula. 17!
