Progress Update 12/16/22
Added 2022-12-17 07:10:04 +0000 UTCYes, the announcement of the completion of the rough draft was two days ago, but I did say I'd give an update every Friday! This one will just be short.
After grinding out the last of the script, I gave myself a short break and just recorded the rough draft of two of the last three sections for Ryan. As I've been writing this script, Ryan has been writing music along with it that will be edited to fit the final draft once the recording is completed. This means that I won't have to wait nearly as long, if at all, for the music for this video and makes the release date much closer than it otherwise would be.
I also want to thank all of you who offered such kind words on the last post. I read each one of your comments, and they were extremely meaningful to me. It's a bit much for me to respond individually to anyone right, and it was difficult to discuss it at all, but thank you.

Take your time Fredrik, times had been difficult for lots of people these last few years and taking a bit longer on art doesn't mean anything negative about you. After this video, take some time off and recharge your batteries. Your fanbase will always watch your videos no matter how long they take. I been excited for several months now and my excitement for your newest video has not wavered a bit.

2022-12-23 18:55:28 +0000 UTCI was wondering where you had gone for a couple of months so I finally decided to just check your patreon and I have to say I’ve never subscribed to a patreon until today. Please don’t beat yourself up over this. Art takes time. Yes, your videos are basically works of art to me and I thought you were insane for doing a 5 hour video but I believe only you can pull off something like that. Honestly, I think most of us wouldn’t mind 20-30 minute long videos that show up every few months. You don’t have to find out literally everything about a topic and that’s okay! Thank you for being honest and thank you making sure of avoiding plagiarism. Although, I don’t think any of us would assume you’d intentionally do something like that and it’s obvious that it’s killing you inside. I’ve never really thought of you as a reporter or journalist though but I understand you need to have journalistic and investigative integrity. Personally, I just really like the presentation and narration of the topics. If possible maybe it’s okay to credit a source for most of the information if you truly believe that source was a very important funnel of information. Some people literally just read reddit stories on YouTube and nobody gets mad at them because people watch those videos for the narration and presentation not because anyone genuinely believes they wrote the whole story. Anyways!! Im not going to try to tell you how to do your passion because clearly you’ve had a lot of success doing things your way but I just wanted to give you a perspective outside of your own mind. I make music and work on video games so I know what it’s like to be ones own worst critic. To have a feeling of embarrassment because you feel like you’re failing others but it’s usually others that snap me out of it. I’m just here to tell you to relax and keep at it! You’re doing great and you’ve nothing but honorable and respectable work!
