I've been to a few fan meetings in Seoul (Loona, Taeyeon, Gfriend, Dreamcatcher) but you don't actually meet them one-on-one, that's only during fansigns which are different. In fan meetings, there's usually a lot of talking, games, q&a sessions and performances from the artist. Fansigns you only get into from purchasing albums from specific sellers and winning a lottery of sorts to get in and you get to meet them then.
