“I really wish I could have had a chance to beat on Carlisle.”Rosalie said. She was in the training room with the Denali sisters, Jane, Alec and all six royals waiting for the guards to bring up Edward, Jasper, Alice and Esme from the dungeon. It had taken two days for Edward to wake up and as soon as he did the royals had summoned everyone to the training room to begin their initial punishment. Bella hadn’t surfaced yet but Jane had messaged her about the tournament. Rosalie hoped that Bella would reply soon so she would at least know her mate was alright. It had been hard not to search Bella out. Rosalie’s vampire side was demanding she comfort Bella. It was only because she knew it would make Bella worse if she went to her that stopped Rosalie.

“Don’t worry we will make sure he knows you are upset with him.”Kate told her.

“How is this going to work?”Tanya asked Jane. She initially wasn’t interested in the punishment but after learning all that the Cullens had done to not only Rosalie but Bella she wanted a chance to hurt each of them. Bella didn’t deserve what happened to her and after spending time with the vampire and learning all she went through Tanya felt protective of the girl. Her beast had claimed Bella and demanded that she punish those that hurt her. It was something she spoke to her sisters about and both had felt the same as Tanya. If Bella had been unclaimed they would have offered her a place in their coven.

“The four prisoners will be brought to the room where they will be let go. It was decided since Rosalie can’t be here for Carlisle that she be allowed to pick her victim first. While she is focused on that person the other four will be passed around to the rest of us. Where we will take turns and work together to cause them the most pain.”Jane was looking forward to getting her hands on Edward but knew that Rosalie was going to pick him.

“And their gifts won’t work on us?”Irina wanted to make sure before the fighting began. That way she could adapt her style to each different gift.

“Not only will their gifts not work on us but Bella is still shielding us. Even if they were able to land a punch it would just bounce off of you.”Jane told them.

“I forgot about that.”Rosalie was feeling a lot more confident about going against her former coven mates.

“It still is hard to believe that she can manifest a physical shield around us without being in the same room.”Tanya said.

“She tried to explain it to me in her own way and from what I understand it’s like she can see people’s auras. Sort of like Dimitri can pick up a person’s brain waves Bella can sense everything around her for up to two miles. It doesn’t matter if they are vampire, human or animal. She can tell exactly what they are and who they are.”Jane didn’t completely understand Bella’s gift but had seen the proof of it working. Many times Bella saved guard members during missions using her gift.

“Two miles is a big area.”Kate wished her gift worked like that. She would have so much fun messing with people if she could effect them without being in the room with them.

“I personally believe she could probably cover more area but she had never had a reason to cover much distance.”Jane was positive that Bella was a lot more powerful than they knew. It was just she didn’t have a reason or an inclination to test much further than the two miles that covered the castle.

“Let me go this instant!!”Edward screamed.

Irina looked to the door at the sound seeing a struggling Edward being dragged into the room by two guards. Esme, Alice and Jasper coming in after them being escorted each by their own pair of guards. They held the same of defiance they had in the throne room and Irina couldn’t understand where they got their arrogance from.”They don’t even look scared.”

“The idiots probably still think they have a chance of making it out of this alive.”Tanya didn’t doubt that the Cullens had been coming up with all sorts of grand plans to escape. Most probably involving Bella helping them.

“Good our guests are here.”Aro clapped his hands together in excitement. It was rare he got the chance to beat on a prisoner but he was looking forward to get the chance on the ones responsible for what happened to Bella.”Now we can get started.”

“Get started on what?”Jasper asked. He wasn’t afraid of the royals. He was positive they weren’t going to kill them. They would have done it already if they were going to.

“Your initial punishment of course.”Aro told him.

“What punishment?! We have committed no crimes!”Edward yelled.

“We have already provided proof you committed your crimes. Now you will have to deal with the repercussions of your actions.”Marcus wasn’t surprised that Edward was still denying any wrongdoing. The boy was an idiot who probably believed that he really was mated to Bella and the other human.

“I didn’t recognize Bella because you had Chelsea break our bond.”Before Edward knew what was happening he was overwhelmed with pain.

“That was stupid.”Kate said as she watched Edward thrash on the floor screaming.

“Leave him alone!”Esme screamed.

Athenodora ignored not only Esme’s plea but Edward’s screaming and turned her attention to Rosalie.”Which one do you want first?”

“Edward.”Rosalie didn’t even have to think about it. Edward was the one who falsely claimed Bella. Other than Carlisle he was the one most responsible for what happened to not only her but Bella as well.

“Jane let him go.”Caius told her. He and the other royals had talked about it and they were all very interested in seeing how Rosalie would handle Edward. He was of the opinion she would take her time with him while his mate thought she would go straight for his head.

“Yes my king.”Jane took a couple extra seconds before she released Edward from her gift.

“Rosalie you may begin at any time.”Aro told her.

“I’m going to enjoy this.”Rosalie said.

“You think you will be able to defeat me?!”Edward laughed at the very idea.

“I know I can defeat you and not just because of Bella’s gift protecting me.”Rosalie wasn’t afraid of Edward. He relied on his gift too much.

“Even if with your mind blank you are no match for me.”Edward didn’t wait for a reply before rushed at Rosalie. He planned on taking his time and showing off a bit. He swung his fist at her head and when she ducked he wasn’t fast enough to get out of the way when she punched him in the stomach.

“Shit she isn’t playing.”Kate mumbled as she watched Edward hit the concrete barriers lining the wall hard enough to cause cracks to form and parts of them to crumble.

“Edward!!”Esme fought as hard as she could against the guards trying to get to her son but it was no use.

“Leave him alone Rosalie. Just because you are jealous of his mate bond with Bella doesn’t mean you have the right to hurt him.”Alice yelled.

Rosalie growled and rushed Alice. She grabbed the seer by the throat and slammed her to the floor.”Bella is my mate.”

“Ok let’s hold off from killing them.”Athenodora put her hand on Rosalie’s shoulder and pulled her off of Alice.”Now I think you should return your focus to Edward. He seems to have regrouped.”

“You dare say Bella is your mate!!”Edward roared as he rushed Rosalie again. He was going to kill the blond for trying to claim his mate.

As Edward got close Rosalie held out her arm and clothes lined him. The force of his fall caused him to bounce off the floor a few times before he finally settled on his back with a loud grunt. Rosalie straddled him and punched him in the face.”You were never Bella’s mate. It was because you and your false claim that Bella was hurt.”

“What the Volturi did to Bella was not my fault.”Edward wasn’t going to take responsibility for what the royals did to Bella.

Rosalie grabbed his nose and ripped it off his face.”It wasn’t the Volturi it was Victoria you idiot.”

“Stop right this instance Rosalie!!”Esme demanded.

“I really want to kill you but I wouldn’t want to take that away from Bella.”Rosalie stood up and grabbed Edward by the hair and flung him into a different group of barriers. When he slumped to the floor she put her foot on his chest, grabbed his arm and removed his hand.”I wish that I had a way of disfiguring you as badly as Bella was.”

“Release the others.”Caius ordered the guards. He was unsurprised when the trio ran to help Edward.

“Oh no you don’t.”Didyme said as she grabbed Esme, held on to her shoulder and punched her in the stomach. She held on tight as Sulpicia joined her and kicked Esme in the back.

“That felt good.”Sulpicia was happy to finally get the chance to cause pain to the person who had done so much damage to Bella’s mental health. Esme was like a mother Bella. A mother that abandoned the girl and added another layer of physiological damage that Bella was still living with.

Athenodora ripped Esme’s arm off.”Yes it did.”

“Stop this. Please Bella wouldn’t want you to hurt us.”Esme gasp out through the pain. She knew that regardless of what happened to Bella she loved the Cullens and wouldn’t want them to be hurt.

Didyme growled and ripped Esme’s other arm off.”Do not speak my daughter’s name.”

“Do you want her legs?”Sulpicia asked Didyme.

“You can have them. I’m going follow Rosalie’s lead and take her nose and maybe an ear.”Didyme told her.

“Please don’t this. What ever you want I’ll do it just don’t hurt me.”Esme pleaded. She didn’t want to be hurt but especially didn’t want her nose and ear taken. Her beauty was her best attribute. Without it she wouldn’t be a worthy member of her family.

“I want you to feel everything that Bella felt when she was being tortured by the nomad. Since that isn’t possible I’m going to take away your dignity.”Didyme waited for Sulpicia to take Esme’s legs before slowly clawing the nose from her face. Her screams of pain were like music to her ears. Once the nose was gone she clawed off her ears as well. “I wish I could take your hair.”

“Let’s leave her here for Kate.”Sulpicia suggested.

“It’s looks like she is almost done with Jasper.”Athenodora said causing them to all look over to Kate who was holding Jasper in the air by the throat.

Didyme watched as Jasper’s punches bounced off an indivisible barrier.“It seems Bella is protecting the sisters as well.”

“That’s not surprising. She didn’t attack them in the throne room. That is proof enough she has a fondness for them.”Sulpicia had actually expected the sisters to be Bella’s first target when she had her episode in the throne room.

“I see that the kings held back getting involved.”Didyme only saw the sisters, Jane and Rosalie in action. Jane had teamed up with Rosalie and the pair of them were standing across the room taking turns punching Edward towards the each other. Edward was still screaming nonsense about getting his revenge but the queen noticed his tone was somewhat defeated.

“Irina and Tanya did a nice job on Alice.”Athenodora was impressed with the damage that was done to the small black haired vampire’s face. It wasn’t as bad as Esme’s but it would leave scars when she was healed.

“Now we should let Rosalie finish up, put them back together, give them some blood and bring in Carlisle.”Didyme knew that’s who the kings were waiting for. She was looking forward to watching them take out their anger on the Cullen patriarch.

Athenodora got the attention of a guard.”A few of you put them back together. Then get some blood for us to give to each of them.”

“Yes, your majesty.”The guard bowed and stared giving orders to the other guards.

“They are going to be very unhappy being forced to drink human blood.”Sulpicia said.

“They will drink anything we give them in their desperation to get better.”Didyme knew they would complain but she was sure the Cullens would drink the blood.

“It seems that Rosalie is done.”Athenodora was happy that Rosalie got her chance at Edward but upset that she lost her bet with Caius. She was sure with the amount anger that Rosalie accumulated since Edward claimed Bella that Rosalie would go straight for the kill. Because she didn’t Athenodora was going to have to let Caius top her next time they had sex. Something the queen did not let happen often.

“Good now we can have some real fun.”Sulpicia was looking forward to having a chance at all the Cullens with just the other royals involved.

“I can’t wait to see Carlisle’s reaction to seeing his coven being beaten on.”Athenodora smiled just thinking about it.

“It will definitely cause him a lot of despair. Something he more than deserves.”Didyme said the other two queens voicing their agreement. She was excited to finally be able to go all out on the Cullens. The sisters, Rosalie and Jane had their turn so now it was the royals. The queen was going to allow all but Rosalie to watch but not get involved again. That way the royals would have a chance with each of the prisoners. After they were done she was going to let Kate, Jane and Alec use their gifts on each of them. All three she knew would readily agree. The queen figured that was the only reason Alec had not gotten involved already. The boys anger was as strong as everyone else who knew Bella. Alec had a very close relationship with his sister’s mate and the pair often spent time reading and discussing different books. So she knew that he would want his pound of flesh. That was after the royals were done with them however. The only thing that would make this day better was if Bella surfaced. Didyme was worried about her daughter but knew that Bella needed time and while Bella was taking that time Didyme was going to dole out the proper punishment to those who were responsible for what happened to her. She wouldn’t be a good mother if she didn’t avenge her daughter.
