Added 2023-12-13 15:38:41 +0000 UTCI’m rereading Eye of The Tiger right now and I think I can finally understand why you guys hated Alice. She is very annoying. Since it was the first thing I had ever written I don’t think I knew how to write her character properly. I was going for enthusiastic outcast who finally had someone to bond with. What I came up with was obsessive stalker with no idea of what boundaries meant. It makes me wonder why so many people read it. I’m grateful they did and just hope that I redeemed myself in my other stories by only making characters annoying if they are supposed to be. The one positive of rereading it though is I can see how far my writing has come along since then. Eye of The Tiger will always hold a special place in my heart because it began my interest in writing fanfics but if I wrote it again I would change a lot of things. Alice’s character and how the Denali were handled being two of them. Now I would have an enthusiastic Kate going on missions and killing bad guys and maybe making Irina have a mate bond with Bella as well. At the time though I felt uncomfortable including them to much because I share the name of one of the coven members and it was weird for me to write a character with my own name. Anyway just wanted to share my thoughts with everyone. Let me know what you guys think. It’s always fun to know how you all reacted to my stories.

You know- Eye if the Tiger may have been your first work - but the important thing is that you've kept writing. Your style has changed and aged with you. The experience with which you write with, shows in the other works. So don't worry about how Alice was written a life time ago- just keep up the great work. And remember you can always write characters however you want to. You're the author - we're the reader, if we don't like it , we don't have to read it. But I don't think we have that problem with you.

2023-12-14 01:31:12 +0000 UTCI love the story the way it is except for Alice and emmet. That’s why I kept reading. I enjoyed the story and the relationship with Rosalie and Bella since I’m not a huge fan of reading three way relationships.

2023-12-13 17:15:58 +0000 UTCAlice was annoying in it, but she honestly is just annoying in general, so I thought it to be true to character. No worries, there! I love the story, and a good GP Rosalie story is hard to find. It’s mostly GP Bella..which is good also, it’s just more common! As for the name thing…at least I will never have the issue of having a character with my own name. I do feel for you though. Writing my own name is weird enough, I can’t imagine writing something attached to my name that isn’t personal.

2023-12-13 17:11:16 +0000 UTCI don't mind that Alice was a bit of a pain in the story I liked Rosalie's conflict with Alice and Emmett basically being obsessed with Bella, I do think that Bella was way too lenient with them though a lot of your earlier stories in my opinion have a Bella with a lack of a backbone for personal boundaries with people she likes, but other than that I really enjoyed Eye of the Tiger and have reread a lot.

2023-12-13 16:38:03 +0000 UTCFunny I think you nailed Alice's character in this one. She honestly knows no boundaries at all, and for the first time she doesn't have visions unprovoked. She's a peacock gotta let her fly. Some instances Alice and Emmett are beyond extreme. Multiple times I wished Rose would hand Emmett his 🤬 on a platter. But after Carlisle was partly beheaded they've actually calmed down. It is also a very funny story. While the Denali had a very short a scene lol it was funny. I think it's a nice setup if you wanted to include them in the sequel that could go good or bad. Let's not forget about the sex scenes pretty good stuff 👌🏾.

2023-12-13 16:13:52 +0000 UTCI for one loved Eye of The Tiger. Your writings in this story is what made me come to this website to con't reading it. I am amazed at how writer's mind works. This is one of my favorite stories. Yes, Alice and Emmett were a pain in the ass, but like they said, Bella added excitement to their lives. I'm glad you didn't give Bella a 2nd mate. I think Rose is enough for her. It is said that tigers will have multiple mates, but this tiger is also human. I like the idea of one mate.
