The Great Canadian Scam

What we did do, was drink lots of expensive craft beers. That's how we discovered the Great Canadian Scam. The government just invented bears and moose to attract poor tourists, to whom they can then sell expensive beer. We weren't 100% sure about our theory though, so we came back to Canada to figure out once and for all whether the Great Canadian Scam is true.
