Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Pepper, salt, fresh parsley,
- 250 gr mushrooms
- Handful of sherry tomatoes
- 100gr chicken strips
Peperation:
- Beat the eggs with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley. Let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Melt the oil in a pan. Fry the pieces of mushroom and tomato in it. After 2 minutes, pour over the egg mixture.
- Reduce the heat to very low heat and cook the omelet
- Divide the egg between the plates
This dish is perfect for breakfast or lunch. The advantage of an omelet is that it is ready very quickly. It makes you feel full and it is healthy.
