NTR v0.13 Public Teaser #2 – I Raise You! Two Sweet Feet!

Hello and howdy one and all! It’s Monday once again, and so we’re here to spread some cheer, to give a bump of warmth and hotness to your chilly week start! It’s time for another teaser then, isn’t it? We’ll chit chat about that down below, but let’s enjoy some tasty first! We know y’all love Noe’s poker night battles…!

What do you do when you’re several hands down and as hot as Noe? Why, you get your real game face on and your clothing off! That’s what it takes to get a win, and get a point of Competitiveness to your name! Yup, one bonus bout of poker for this version as our way of saying sorry for the wait. Twinkle them toes, Noemi!


Alrighty, let’s dive right on in with the news and the very obvious question. The very obvious answer is that we’ve got a teaser today because we’re not release ready yet. We wanted to be, but we’re not and that’s the bottom line. We’re not going to make excuses because that’s not us, we’re more focused on what it’s going to take to get us finished…

That said… We do notice that these spill overs are becoming a recurring problem, with knock-ons causing knock-ons in a vicious cycle, though that’s not the entire underlying issue. One of the things giving us grief these last few months are down to personal circumstances, and private matters are something we don’t like to burden the fans with. Still, this spill over cycle is interfering with your fan experience, which is something we take seriously and are acutely aware of. We’re doing all we can to ease things on the backside of development so these run-ons cease, and we can go back to our pervious record of monthly release hits. We promise that if it comes to the point we find it best to include fan consultation on these issues, and we can do so without sounding like whiners, we’ll do so. In the meantime, we’ll keep working away as we do. What with our 4th Birthday (January 20th) and annual progress self-review coming up, we’ve got opportunities to alter our way of doing things coming up if need be, and anyone interested in a direct line to us can jump in on our public Discord for direct fan chatter. That’s what it’s for after all.


Ok, back to the task at hand then. Noemi’s v0.13 is coming up, and it’s got to be this week. We had a hard weekend of hurdles to get over but this morning we’re starting out with about half a (long) scene to wrap up, our post-pro to do and the all-important testing/building and then releasing. It all comes down to how quick we can get through the remaining art, plus about 3/4s of a day to cover the post-through-release steps. How long will that take? According to the Art department, it’s another 3-4 days slog through the sexy bits. That leaves us looking to Friday’s late hours for release. We’ll push to get it sooner if we can, but Friday is the day to look out for. That’s a lot later than we wanted, so expect the Handover soon after with what that means for December included.

That’s the plan then. Now let’s go make it happen. Onward to hotness and happiness, we’ll be back soon, so until then…

Vague where? If you mean in the reasons for the delays, it's personal stuff, and we're not ready to discuss it publicly. We're not interested in doing a "whoa is us" post if we don't have to, but we think it's important we acknowledge that we have a problem with knock ons and that we are doing something about it. I don't think people would rather we pretend it doesn't exist, right? As for the pace of Noemi, it's not a conversation we're unfamiliar with. We too would love to be able to produce content faster and more of it, but we move at our best speed and so we make the most of it. We're not working on side stories, they are all part of the game, the Main Story arc however hasn't gotten much attention because there are other wholes in the game to address first. The restaurant side of things (not reffering to the game play here, but the narrative parts) is something we want to return to more soon, but we have Asana and v0.13 to deal with first. Just so everyone knows, we've listed our Top 5 priorities for the game in the short term in a few places, but here is a good one to have it too. They are (in no order): - Including the Open Mind Stat and making it relevant. Also creating content tied to it to pursue in the Downtime section of play so it's less empty. - Have more Main Story and villain (Sal) appearances/content - Include more girls in the action, not just Noe. - Build up some content for at least one waitress, which adds depth to the gameplay strategies - Including more action and hot scenes in general As you can see, a version of Asana is the obvious next step since it ticks off the most requirements in one step. After that it's the likes of Sal/Main Story/Brad/(maybe) Beck again that are the most value add per measured step. Does that help explain our plans any more so? This is getting long for a single reply post so I'll leave it at this. A longer discussion across these points is probably better held in an easier medium, but at least we can hit the highlights here. You are being professional PR-level vague! 😋 I do love this game but it has been months (a year?) since the main story got any attention and I am starting to feel a bit... neutral about the side stories since it all feels detached somehow. Any progress (if any) feels glacial at this point. Not sure how to feel about this.
