You're charged with guarding the palace and keeping the Empress safe... However, the thief girl promises to reveal a clever forgery she found in the gallery during her looting. Fortunately, she's telling you the truth. Unfortunately, the two of you uncover a plot to kill the Empress in the process...

After writing the first draft I realized *everything* needed more work, so I scraped it and re-wrote the story~! I think you'll like this one. I also used a beta listener (who is a Patron, thank you~!) and got feedback asking for more conversational pauses, so I tried to do that too~

When she asked us to hide my brain was like "Lady, I work here. Why do I need to hide?". Then I read the title of your video again. 🤣
