A Quick Update on Day 5 - 07/11/2025
Added 2025-07-11 18:08:10 +0000 UTCHey y'all, hope all's well and greetings to all the new faces!!
Wanted to quickly swing by let everyone know where things are at since I know I promised Day 5 within the first week, but Day 5 has yet to manifest.
To keep things super short: Day 5's done!
Think it's come out VERY well, potentially the best day so far, and I can't wait to share it with you.
However, the Premiere Pro inclined among you might notice that there is a whole lot of silence in certain spots here. This is because our lead actor Ajax who is voicing Artemy has been preoccupied with their actual real adult job, so we've been struggling to find a good chance to get together and record. This should be resolved by the end of this week, but in the meantime, this means that Day 5 is fundamentally unfinished in a way that means its not up to snuff as a preview.
Needless to say though, I haven't been sitting on my hands while I wait for everything to come together.
The audio for the Intermission that'll be happening between Day 4 and 5, where we'll look at this history of the Moscow Art Theatre, Konstantin Stanislavski, and the legacy of his approach to acting, has been fully recorded, and the video editing on it will be getting finished today. It will be about 20 minutes - longer than I'd wanted, but everything it needs to be to be historically accurate and lay down some essential knowledge which will be vital later.
Additionally, half of Day 6 has been recorded and edited.
This means that the next Preview will be both the first Intermission AND Day 5, running around 40-50 minutes long. Additionally, having Day 6 in order by the end of the month is looking quite doable, but we'll get there when we get there. One thing at a time, as ever.
For now, I'll leave it there. Apologies for the delay, especially since I know quite a few of you just joined in anticipation of this, but I can promise it'll be worth the wait~
Be back very soon with something very substantial.
Love ya all,
Ruby <33
