I study your art and learn from it, you have inspired me to create art just from the sheer beauty you put out for us all to enjoy. I am curious if the soul who comes to meet Lauren at the Omega is Matthew, and if that is why it gets her jokes and seems fixated on her and isn't moving on like all the others. I'm not sure how he ended up there but if he is the subject of the new love contract and his heart is being healed by this new girl (who looks suspiciously like the "friend" who turned on young Lauren in book one) that could tie it all together. Also Merryl better get credit for BOTH those golden contraccts! I know I will just have to wait but thank you so much for putting these updates here for those of us that simply can't get enough of your work. I'm a more active artist because of your influence. ❤️

Sure you get rid of them, but the person you fell for is still themself, with all the characteristics that make you weak in the knees. Does it erase the memories? Why wouldn't you develop all over feelings again?

I have a feeling that the heartbreak is not gonna be 100% gone, only tiny fragments or deep instincts are still there, depending on how deep that love goes. Leliah is gonna need a Hail Mary to get her to remember, or do the things they used to do together but in a new spin on it. But before that she needs to own up to her part of the mess as well.

A few things: 1) It'll be interesting to see what a cupid's contract entails (like, does it mean Matthew will always have a full heart, but will forget about his love for Lauren?) 2) Is Raphaela saying she's Heureca's betrothed? and 3) You may already know this, but the illustration for the intro into the chapter Stupid Cupid is incomplete. As always, looking forward to seeing how things play out from here!

You extend it so naturally to the non human elements of characters making their inclusion seamless and so much more real. Heureca's body language is so heartbreaking when she's with Raphaela. It's like looking at a complete stranger. The cupid are perhaps more tragic than the cubi, trapped in tabula rassa where real love can never bloom.
