It's great seeing how much Gaon's vocals have grown! He's such a dark horse!! Also I filmed this before even seeing Denise's comment, isn't life crazy? Reminders like that remind me that I'm meant to be doing what I'm doing! My insight is honest and true to the core!
On the other hand I watched their Jaefriends episode off camera and I'm a lil worried for Jooyeon's voice, I pray he starts taking care of it more and perhaps he has started considering doing so since this title track and album shares the vocal burden a little more I think?
His voice is only going to get bigger and heavier and he will have to learn to move around that.

They always go to music shows. But normally they only play with live instruments at the first performance at mcountdown. It's a pity that the music shows don't let them perform live.

I'm sure they're having fun but they do so many festivals and concerts and are constantly putting out new music. They're doing a world tour with this album as well 😬 I really just want them to take a break

2025-03-30 11:51:29 +0000 UTCthey have always performed on music shows but only like once in a promotion period they would perform with their instruments actually on, so they rarely ever “performed” fr. this time around they only did 1 week of promotion but they played with their instruments on each show, so as you could probably tell, they are MUCH happier! hope you can watch the behind recording soon! gaon has without a doubt improved SOOO much vocally

2025-03-30 11:35:03 +0000 UTCyes they all looked so good in this video !! i think their stylists and hair & makeup team really locked in for this comeback growing his hair out was really THE move for junhan, he really found his personal style (his outfits, painting his nails, even his recent finger tattoos) and i think he looks SO much more comfortable and happier !! and you predicted it as always lmao i'm glad you're talking about gaon's vocals, he shines in this album in my opinion and he's really doing great, also his high note at the end of the bridge in beautiful life gagged me ngl he did SO WELL (can't believe the others decided to add it because this silly boy was joking around hitting a random high note when they were producing the song... it's so him) and the fact that he's able to do it live too.. he worked very hard and he should give himself more props for that i'm loving this era it really feels like a turning point for them, can't wait to see what else they'll show us

He even said that he intentionally created nodules on his vocal cords to achieve it. 2025-03-30 11:02:49 +0000 UTCgaon is shiningggggggg this era, I feel like his confidence in all aspects has grown so much, like his vocals and facial expressions/stage presence has come so far! agree abt jooyeons voice, obviously only he himself fully understands his limits and stuff but I mean even in the jaefriends episode they were talking abt how much he pushes his voice to the point of like throwing up blood or something like that and listen, I'm not a singer, I can't hold a tune for the life of me, but idk I don't think that's what a singer should really be doing idk??? lol. I hope he does have people around him that can help him take care of his voice but it's jyp so I doubt that a little lol, I remember even skz's seungmin had to start taking vocal lessons outside of the company because he felt that he wasn't improving and he didn't like how his voice was sounding etc. I can't imagine that they'd have someone that would be able to really teach jooyeon how to utilise his voice, especially one like his, I truly hope they do tho, it's be so incredibly unfortunate for jooyeon to end up pushing himself too far due to lack of guidance.
