It was so shocking after seeing how incredible the camera work for The Rose's Coachella set was!! hope its much better for todays performance! Mingi said on live that we should be ready because they're gonna be even better :>

I know you haven’t been reacting to them that much, but I also know when you did do a reaction to them, you liked it. Since then they have released 2 new albums with many good songs they performed on the Coachella stage. Also their vocals good as always

2024-04-15 07:58:50 +0000 UTCso true, it seemed like they didn't know where to focus. the camera man also missed a whole portion of hongjoong's rap in crazy form, focusing on members who were off to the side of the stage instead of the one actually performing, not showing members who were speaking during the ments...just a mess. I hope KQ can feedback to the festival so week 2's stream might be better.

2024-04-15 03:29:36 +0000 UTCI just had to keep reminding myself that Coachella is a festival and not a TV award show in order to keep myself from murdering the production crew. But then when those other gorgeous shots came on later I got more pissed because where the fuck where they for basically all of Guerrilla? Really desperately hoping that they fix it for next stream. I was surprised you didnt catch the LED screen set during Arriba! It literally was EXACTLY what you had said you wanted of the set during their concert with the Exo example! I thought of you when I saw it. I know you don't like EDM but I had really hoped they would have had remixed their songs to EDM remixes with this stage! Sahara is an EDM stage and after watching the EDM artists before them, I think the sound set up and acoustics would have worked more with DJ set. But loved the live band regardless and really hoping they bring them on tour. On instagram, Hongjoong posted photos captioning “Sahara to Sahara”. From the actual Sahara desert for their debut music video…to the Sahara stage at one of the biggest music festivals in the world. Leading up to the show, they were on SNS alot divulging their insecurities. Yunho even went to church the day before the festival to pray. And then after the show, he was crying when expressing his thoughts in a voice live. It had me in shambles. I too was so proud of Ateez. And above all else, they were proud of themselves. Proud of their fellow members. Seonghwa said “This is Ateez.” San said “There is no one like my members.” They really are one of a kind. Their bond gives me butterflies. I hope that it stays strong and I hope that they continue to be happy doing what they are doing. I am sure sometimes they feel like… why am I not getting the recognition I deserve (particularly in Korea) but I hope they move on to a stage where their sense of satisfaction comes from self-validation and they don’t care about the validation of others. Sorry this was very rambly but I have been quite emotional as an Atiny this week! Thank you for supporting them! Ateez + destiny = Atiny :)

But anyway, they crushed this performance!! I got chills all throughout, everyone was just so impressive. Jongho though...JONGHO. he was hitting those notes in the strong desert wind which is fucking immense.

It only shows the members that were in the middle. So the CAMERA MEN SUCKS!!! But on another note ATEEZ KILLED IT AND I MEAN KILLED THIS PERFORMANCE!!!! SAN LIKE WHAT?! JONG-HO VOCALS!!! like after performing for like 40 minutes those HIGH NOTES were CRAZY!!!! HONG JOONG AND MINGI DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT TO ME. I am totally biased wrecked!!!! Ateez really set the bar for the next K-pop boy group that performs at Coachella!!
