You should react to Irene & Seulgi's album since there's no Irene solo. People are appreciating her voice more with this comeback as well. She's not just a pretty face! Lol Would love for you to check out Birthday and Chill Kill(when it comes out) recording behind. Birthday isn't my favorite but the vocals were top notch, especially Joy was going off on the chorus, very much rock style vocals. It really is crazy seeing them in the studio, we're watching a creative process happening right before out eyes. Lol Anyway. Thank you for another RV video!

I've never seen someone take their main vocal role more seriously than Wendy lol. She's so earnest its adorable, and the other members have all said before how she's been their vocal coach since they were trainees and you can tell. Its great not having a group with big egos like that with them all being happy to support each other like this. Also Joy being at SM is one of the best things she could've done. Not just because the training is of a high level, but because with her voice she could have been easily pigeoned holed into one kind of sound that lends to her bright voice, but instead over the years we've seen her challenge herself, and actually her voice suits lots of genres not just the bright stuff.

It's actually very interesting to see Wendy dub/double most of the english lyrics that the other members sing to help with the pronunciations. One of their producers, I believe Monotree, said that Wendy is usually at the recording studios the most. She would record her verses first and then come back and then start to help with the stacking of chorus. What I learnt the most from these behind the recording videos is how much each member stacks and harmonizes themselves. I wonder if that's normal in other groups or is it an SM thing. Micah, if you like stacking and harmonizing, i think Birthday has the most footage of them doing that so you might enjoy that one
