Happy New Year! Also, as someone that completely rebuild a 100 y/o house, I used cardboard to lay out my future kitchen. This did allow for multiple revisions and ultimately was time well spent. Te only cost were time, cardboard and packing tape.

Correct, Christmas wasn't a pagan holiday adopted by the Church. It's just that all the European Yule traditions were tagged onto Christmas, making it a Europeanized holiday.

Love it how you guys are protecting your work. Those crap ai YouTube channels that push this unoriginal crap drive me up a wall. I hate them all. Let the crusade begin.

For the fake beef podcast, how about using the term: UnBEEFlievable?

I love you guys dearly, but I am begging you, please stop repeating the polemical nonsense myths about the supposed pagan origins of Christmas. Every one of them is thoroughly false and have been utterly and comprehensively refuted:

Yeah, the idiot behind me has a viscous dog that attacks the fence when I step into my back yard. He did build a 2nd fence on top of the older rickety fence to keep the mutt in his yard. If it gets into my yard...

On the "Happy Chrimmas!" front, there's no way He was born in the dead of winter if "the shepherds were in the field w/ their flocks and the angels heralded His birth," now is there? The date for Christmas was chosen to subsume the pre-existing solstice celebrations already in place in pretty much all cultures. Sort of the same thing but not w/ Easter coming around the vernal equinox, but the whole Jewish lunar calendar and inconstancy of Passover is a whole other thing the Christian church inherited from them. But at least that date wasn't pulled out of thin air, since His martyring is known to have fallen around Passover.

WRT the "educational use," they would need to be actually commenting *on* your footage [as in editorializing on the technique, etc.], using it in an actual, F2F teaching environment, pointing out *your* errors [ie: "How NOT to do a guntube channel" which sounds like what you should do w/ the bot-narrated thief's channel] and or be some sort of accredited educational enterprise. IANAL, nor do I play one on tv, but I just retired from an academic library where I was directly responsible for listing materials for course reserves, so this stuff is pretty well my bread & butter after my experience of explaining "fair use" to professors hell bent on putting an entire photocopied textbook on Reserve over the last 20 years...
As an investor [heh!], I STRONGLY support your pursuit of these copyright infringers if you believe you can actually make more $ from doing so than you would make from the same time spent creating new content. Hey, we know you'll make more content in due course, but keeping C&Rsenal solvent comes (justifiably) 1st!
