After hearing you mention it again, I subscribed to your channel on Utreon. I had just followed your channel on there until now.

Were you the guy I turned away from for a split second to say bye to someone and poof? I felt bad for that guy.

There is an active Tea Plantation The best hole in the wall southern place is the Mason Jar. But it is small and as talkative as a waffle house

Can we get a linky to that 2nd channel you were talking about? What was it, again, "persistent idiots" or something? I don't want to have to go back & listen to the whole episode to find out the name so I can search for it...

Hey Othais, I'm the awkward bearded guy with a bomber jacket who said hi at the Greenville show. I wish I'd taken more time to talk but you seemed to be in a hurry and I was still recovering from the surprise of seeing you 2 feet away. Just wanted to say that I dont blame you for our encounter being brief.

Apropos of nothing: My sister will be in Charleston for a few days next month on her honeymoon. Do you have any suggestions for things she and her husband should do while they're there? (I've already told them about the Yorktown, which I learned of thanks to you.)

Between the culture war and the economy, running or launching a firearms-related business right now is terrifying. even the cdc came out and basically said they want to demonize guns in culture the way they did with cigarettes. I appreicate your work focusing on the history and mechanics of these fascinating machines. firearms are one of the few historicly significant inventions that an average person can maintain a functioning collection of.

I've also seen late 1950s photos of British shooters at Bisley shooting (over the sights, at least) with their off hands on their hip, or even in a pocket.

While this is just the wikipedia "first step" on research, Jack Weaver seems to get credit for introducing the two-hand pistol-shooting style ("Weaver stance") to American competive shooting: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modern_technique.

The podcast meant more to me this week than most others. So, thanks.
