Hello. I've just signed up for 'Time Team Digger Crew' membership under your Black Friday Special Offer. I opted for Annual Membership and you've charged me £60.48? It should have been £50 so something has gone wrong somewhere, or I've made a mistake? Your offer is very generous and I don't want to miss it. I hope you can rectify the charge. I first sent this message as a reply to the Congratulations email but it seemed to be replying to a 'no reply' address so I'm repeating my message here. Update: apologies, there has been an issue with applying the code to existing monthly members when switching over to annual. We have now fixed this by automatically applying the 16% discount on all new annual memberships without needing to enter the code. The saving should now be applied when you edit to an annual membership plan.

Hi Sally, if you go into the 'memberships' or 'manage memberships' section in your account settings, there should then be an option to 'edit' and switch from a monthly payment plan into an annual membership plan. When payment is requested, there should then be a box to enter the code "BFTT24" to apply the discount. Please let us know if that works or if you could encounter any issues, so we can look into it. Can you explain where we can take advantage of the offer? When I go to my subscriptions I see the option of “save 10% by paying annually” but nowhere to put in the Black Friday discount code?

I'm a member, not the bottom bit and not the top tier, I can't find an option to change top annual. Followed Carl's reply to Graham but on Windows 11 browser can't see it

You need to find the "Settings" here in Patreon. On that page select "Memberships" then located Time Team and "View Details" There will be an option to "edit" the payment amount. If you are monthly, you can change it to annual. I hope this helps.

Hi Kevin, it doesn't apply to existing annual memberships unfortunately (Patreon doesn't have that function), but does apply to any existing monthly members who wish to switch over to annual membership.
