I wanted to have this with you by the end of the week, and as I type this it's 11:59pm on Friday here in California, so I did it...?!
I really hope you enjoy Part 2 which is uploading now. Some of these vids are turning into what feel like almost cinematic productions to make, but I'm enjoying it so I hope you do too!
You might also notice some increase in the video quality and resolution due to the new software, so thanks again for helping with that! Win-win.

I wish I had taken more pictures at the time, but when I had a ZX Spectrum Next developers board, I had it housed in a quickly-cobbled together Lego 'pizza box' with appropriate port holes (I spent an enjoyable evening scrabbling around our Lego 'Tupperwares' to try and find the right bricks). It was functional and I was happy with the approach but Miss 8 wanted some of her Lego bases back after a couple of weeks so I had to slum it and put it back inside an original old Spectrum case. Ho hum.
