Changes to the tiers

Just to let you know, I've been making some changes to the rewards tiers. I think it's best to limit things for now to a "support" tier, a "cheats" tier and an actual game tier.

I've already talked a fair bit about how and why I've been preventing further commissions so I've been slowly phasing that tier out and now I've unpublished it.

I also feel that the $5 tier has been confusing and I've found it difficult, without a second game project running, to provide that tier with much content. I'm looking to phase it out too, so I've limited the number of possible pledges to the current number and I'll be trying to wind that down as people shift onto other tiers or whatever.

There will still be plenty of $10 updates and sometimes public releases. I think it'll be better to have a much more streamlined system.

EDIT: Small point, but I should say that I will still be honouring the pledge reward for anyone still on this tier for PAL.
