That was informative and entertaining at the same time. Extremely useful details like focusing on the opponent's chest area to see the angle to determine when to deliver strong side knees and when to use other side. But the best part was how funny Diesel Noi can be while teaching.

2020-01-05 11:24:37 +0000 UTCI already watched this one about two and a half times! I like Kero I hope to see more of her. She has a very focused attitude and looks always ready for learning. This session is so well rounded and custom fit. Dieselnoi pantomiming is so funny haha -- but also illustrative. I found it a bit hard to identify on video how exactly the knees are supposed to be hitting when he's having Kero hit his hands, even though the corrections to push the hip and the cross-knee were on point. It was interesting to see that Dieselnoi didn't go overboard to correct Kero on exactly what he was looking for. I found this out because I learned Dieselnoi's nickname and saw a picture of his high knee -- it's insanely high! You did a great job translating and reiterating the teachings too! Thanks!
