There are some small variations but HenKai personally had a hard time just deciding just one or two. There is also the white blood cell version where her skin color is more accurate to the anime show. I personally like the outline versions. Just a side note, her nipples probably don't look like this as looking as what Hana bunny, it's smaller in size but that's my speculation and no there is no nude reference Henkai got, it's just looking at one of her photos and imagining her naked.
