This post is here to help you avoid any issues when subscribing to the new BG3 Sticker Tier, which includes physical rewards using Patreon’s Merch system.
Please read everything carefully, it’s important to ensure smooth delivery, avoid costly mistakes, and maintain fairness for everyone involved.
To join the tier, go to the Patreon subscription page and look for the tier named “BG3 Stickers (NSFW)”
It’s the only way to unlock the full sticker set and all the extra rewards !
This applies specifically to tiers that include physical merch, like this one.
👉 Patreon only allows one merch-based tier per account.
If you’re already subscribed to a tier that includes merch and haven’t yet received your reward, do NOT switch tiers — you will likely lose access to the pending merch, and Patreon will still charge me for it.
⚠️ In such cases, I will not be able to refund you.
✅ What to Do Instead: Create a Second Account
To keep everything clean and avoid losing your rewards:
Create a new Patreon account with a different email
Subscribe to the BG3 Sticker Tier from that account
This is the safest way to access this tier without interrupting your other subscriptions.
If it’s your first time subscribing to a merch-based tier, Patreon will automatically ask for your shipping information (full name, address, phone number) during checkout.
So normally, you won’t need to do anything else — it’s handled when you join the tier.
However, if:
You moved
You think you made a mistake
Or you just want to double-check your info
👉 You can update it manually at any time:
Go to your profile icon → Manage Memberships
Click the ⚙️ gear icon next to your BG3 Sticker Tier
Select “Update shipping address”
Make sure everything is filled out correctly and completely
📌 Reminder:
If your sticker is lost because of incorrect or incomplete information, I cannot offer refunds — Patreon charges me whether the delivery succeeds or not.
It’s your responsibility to make sure your info is up to date.
Here’s how the merch system works:
You must stay subscribed to the tier for three full months
After your 3rd successful payment, Patreon will process your reward
It then takes around 3 additional weeks for production and shipping
You’ll receive a notification email from Patreon once your reward is on its way
So overall, expect your sticker to arrive about 3.5 to 4 months after subscribing — this is normal.
If after:
3 full months of subscription
3 weeks
You still haven’t received a shipping email or your reward...
👉 You should contact Patreon Support directly.
They are entirely responsible for the production and delivery of the merch.

Hello,
I’ve been subscribed for 3 full months to a Patreon tier that includes physical merch rewards (specifically a sticker), and I still haven’t received it. I understand that Patreon is responsible for the production and delivery of these items.As per the Merch for Membership program, I was supposed to receive my reward after 3 complete billing cycles, followed by a reasonable shipping delay.
It has now been more than 3 weeks since my third payment, and I haven’t received any notification or reward.
Please investigate and let me know when I can expect to receive my merch.

If you contact Patreon and still don’t receive your reward, then — and only then — you can contact me directly:
Ideally via Discord (for speed and clarity)
Or by sending me a Patreon DM
⚠️ Very important: Do NOT cancel your membership or dispute the payment.
If you do that:
Patreon locks the system
I won’t be able to access your billing or reward data
And I won’t be able to help you
If you're in this situation and everything else failed, I will personally refund you based on your estimated sticker value only.
Why not a full refund?
Because even if the merch didn’t arrive, you still had full access to:
My digital artworks
Timelapses
Previews and other content
…which are part of this tier and the ones below it.
So, your refund will be partial and fair, calculated proportionally to the lost physical reward only.
You have my word:
You’ll never pay for something you didn’t receive or couldn’t access.
I believe in fairness and honesty. By writing all this here, I am committing to you — contractually and personally.
All I ask in return is that you show the same good faith, and everything will go just fine.
