Toon Pimp's Fight Palace v 0.9957 beta

Once of a seven-odd years ago, TP decided on a whim that the graphics he already had could find extended use, squeezing more game life out than just Flash endeavors. Enter MUGEN, not simply as in a program of itself, but its audacity to have a Watch Mode! One day he seeks the grand prize: to get this up on his own Saltybet-like. Oh, and of course, there's some skin. Alas, you'll have to read the compatibility list to recognize who plugs into what smaXXXual hole. Is the game near-done? Certainly not, but now you know I've been busy amongst many other projects, and a loveless factory of 'green' hash-flavored solitude. I've taken the time to do a few story rewrites, so if you're a bookworm, I'll tell you what -- it's easier to read than figure out your route to the FGC. Maybe you'll see the world with clarity -- or maybe this is all as flashy and disposable as the UFC. Either way, you got a rad white rabbit, now with his own backstory in this crazy mixed cast. He won't be alone, as his rival is upcoming! No, it's not a surprise if you looked at the model sheets: Rolly Raccoon. What's their grudge? Well, he thinks Rolly's a flake, bro. Bimson's a real one. A real one as much as any headband-wearing gi lover could go to the ends of the slums. Claiming his mastery to the Murderisto Arts!

Allow me to take the time and explain new mechanics I'm halfway down the line on with. If you take pains to play it as a human, generally what you'll notice for movement is Toward-Down-Up for ShortHops, and Down-Up for Long Jumps. Depending on character so far, some are now in the phase of trying an NRG gain system more dependent on your number of hits in a combo for gains, and generally just pulling off specials -- this is also counter to the opponent who will gain more meter if they block, but not as much as if you combo. I'd just recommend spamming more specials myself. Some now will also have an invincible backhop, which requires a half bar of NRG, and may be performed out of two hits+, hitting a blocking opponent, or blocking an attack yourself. If you retain bar and don't spend any, you will have minor attack increases per NRG level. For some of these guys, there's even a new Just-Juke move, performed simply by ducking at the right time a moment before you predict an attack, but the I-Frames aren't forever! This is mostly a counter to throws!

But all you really want is the hot stuff, right? I mentioned the compatibility list, I'll say it again. It's a WIP, so you still have the same toasty ones you were familiar with in the last pack. But now that Bimson's in here, we'll be gearing to get his zesty slip-ons fer 'MUGEN' in next.
