Part one of Residential Apartment Building. It has 4 apartments and a gym. You can download gym with unfurnished apartments and furnish them yourself. However, you can wait for my next video and download this lot fully furnished. The gym is on two floors, men and women have separate rooms. Each apartment has its own parking spot and a small room for storage. Control more than one family in this building and create amazing stories. If you don't want your sims to go in every apartment, just lock the door for particular sim and your problem is fixed. 🥰

when I download now only the gym cc is showing up, the furniture in the apartment is missing.
