2024-03-01 14:30:14 +0000 UTCHey Cody, I LOVE the office, in my top 3 shows of all time😊 The show really find its footing from season 2, we get to know the main characters better, and we get to know the secondary characters well, they get more screentime from season 2. This is a very well written show. And trust me, Michael does get better, they adjust his personality, so he is not as offputting, we just have to get to know him better. That being said, he is still very much Michael Scott. I cant wait to watch this with you. I love your reactions😊 Have a good friday and weekend😊

2024-03-01 11:21:49 +0000 UTCNGL, Michael is why I need lots of breaks from this show, sometimes. Steve plays him brilliantly. And from what I heard-there ARE bosses like that. The "try too hard bosses" He's a lot like Sheldon, indeed. But I kind of think he's a bit more off putting. But that could be my personal preferences. The other characters, Jim, Pam, and Dwight, as well as Oscar, Angela, and Kelly. are why I love the show. And we can't forget Stanley!

2024-03-01 06:08:21 +0000 UTCMichael has no social awareness similar to Sheldon like you mentioned. He's not a world class scientist, but he's not as "dumb" as he comes off. Not sure if you caught it when he said it but he mentioned something along the lines of that while he's been in charge of his branch it has increased profitability and decreased expenses. He also mentioned how he was their top employee that got promoted to his manager role. We just haven't seen him do much real work yet in these first few episodes. I think he'll surprise you... in every single way possible (lol, because he's Michael)
